What do I need to bring for inspection?

Bring your vehicle registration (part 2) and a valid photo ID. Make sure the car is in reasonable condition and that windows and lights work.

What do I need for license plate handling?

Bring valid photo ID (passport or driver's license), vehicle registration and proof of insurance. For ownership transfer, also bring the bill of sale.

Can I come without an appointment?

Yes, we offer drive-in inspection. But we recommend booking online for the fastest service.

How long does an inspection take?

A typical inspection takes about 20–30 minutes. With a booking you can often drive straight in.

What if the car doesn't pass?

You only pay for the inspection. If the car needs a re-inspection, the price is DKK 250 within 33 weekdays.
